Product Returns (Withdrawal from the Contract)

If you have purchased a product from the Hampona online store and wish to return it, please complete the form below. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and does not extend to purchases made by legal entities or businesses.

1. Submitting a Withdrawal Notice

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit the form below. The withdrawal period is considered met if you submit your notice within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if the returned product has not yet reached us by that date.

2. How It Works

2.1 Complete the form and click “Confirm Withdrawal”.
2.2 We will send you an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal notice.
2.3 Return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice to the following address: Kuuseheki 66, Saue, Harjumaa, Estonia
2.4 We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Delivery costs will be reimbursed up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.

2.5 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have specified an alternative bank account in the form.

2.6 We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

3. Condition of the Returned Product

3.1 You may inspect and handle the product in the same manner as you would be allowed to do in a physical store. Such inspection does not affect your right of withdrawal.

3.2 You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. If the product has been damaged or its value has decreased due to excessive use, Hampona reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.

3.3 Whenever possible, please return the product in its original packaging to help protect it during transport.

4. Return Shipping Costs

4.1 The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. In such cases, Hampona will cover the return shipping costs.

4.2 If you wish to return a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@hampona.com before sending the item back.
